Due to the fitness character of our classes, more and more children seek a way to do
pole fitness. Our junior class is specially designed for them. Children are allowed to do
strength exercises with their own body weight which is not to be confused with weight
lifting that can be harmful a maturing body. Children are taught the proper pole
technique and pole moves in a fun way.
