What you need to know before your first pole class?
How do I book a class?
If you are new to us you are welcome to join your first class without booking. After your first class you can purchase your membership card in order to be able to book your spot in the future.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Send us an email and we will reset it.
I cannot book my class, it says -1 túlhasználás.
When your card expires you are allowed to book one more class, that is -1 túlhasználás, as soon as you purchase your next class package or pay for your class, you will be able to book more classes.
I forgot to cancel my class.
There is an 8-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your class 8 hours before it starts. In case you have not done so, you will be charged for it. In case you hold a PoleAddict card, one day will be deducted each time. In the event of illness please contact us.
Research Your Class
It is important to make sure that you are going to the best class to suit you. Try and do your research on pole studios in your area, find out who the instructors are, how qualified they are and what they have to offer you.
What To Wear?
While everything you read about pole fitness will tell you to wear as little as possible, this can be quite daunting for your first class. Take leggings, a T-shirt and socks with you as you are likely to do a warm up and want to avoid being chilly before you begin. Take shorts with you. Shorts will help you to grip on to the pole. It is important to feel comfortable in what you are wearing.
What To Bring?
Bring plenty of water and a small towel to dry your body or hands. We offer
towels to clean the pole. We also offer grip aids, however you are not
supposed to use them at the beginner’s level.
One Thing That’s Very Important…
Make sure you do NOT have any moisturizer or lotion on as this will make
you slip on the pole and you’ll feel a lot less confident and a lot less secure.
What About The Bruises?
You may as well accept the fact that if you are going to pole dance, you are
going to get bruises. The great news is that the more often you practice
and the better you get, the bruises will get fewer and further between.
