What you need to know before your first pole class?

I am new here, how do I book a class?

If you are new to us you are welcome to join your first class by sending us an email first requesting a time. Please note that most of our classes are fully booked so you will need to sign up or even asked to pre-pay the class to avoid any inconveniences that might be caused by failure to turn up. After your first class you can purchase your membership card in order to be able to book your spot online in the future.

I do not have a bank account, Revolut, I cannot transfer the class fee. Can I just drop by?

You can drop by and pay cash, please have the exact amount on you, however in this case we cannot guarantee your spot but you are welcome to stay if there is any left. Without signing up and paying in advance  we cannot inform you about possible changes in the schedule either.

I have my plastic card but I forgot my password, what do I do?

Send us an email and we will reset it.

I have a plastic card but I cannot book my class online.

When your credit expires you cannot book but as soon as you purchase your next class package or pay for your class, you will be able to book more classes.

I forgot to cancel my class.

There is an 8-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your class 8 hours prior class starts. In case you have not done so, you will be charged for it.  In the event of illness please contact us.

Research Your Class

It is important to make sure that you are going to the best class to suit you. Try and do your research on pole studios in your area, find out who the instructors are, how qualified they are and what they have to offer you.

What To Wear?

While everything you read about pole fitness will tell you to wear as little as possible, this can be quite daunting for your first class. Take leggings, a T-shirt and socks with you as you are likely to do a warm up and want to avoid being chilly before you begin. Take shorts with you. Shorts will help you to grip on to the pole. It is important to feel comfortable in what you are wearing.

What To Bring?

Bring plenty of water and a small towel to clean your pole and dry your body or hands.  We offer grip aids, however you are not
supposed to use them at the beginner’s level. For hygienic reasons you are kindly asked to bring a towel that you can put on your mat.

One Thing That’s Very Important…

Make sure you do NOT have any moisturizer or lotion on as this will make
you slip on the pole and you’ll feel a lot less confident and a lot less secure.

Can I wear jewellry?

You are kindly asked to remove all jewelry as it might be unsafe and might also ruin our poles.

What About The Bruises?

You may as well accept the fact that if you are going to pole dance, you are
going to get bruises. The great news is that the more often you practice
and the better you get, the bruises will get fewer and further between.

How To Book?

In order to book online you will have to purchase a plastic card. Just click on booking or use the qr code. Make sure you are familiar with the schedule first.

How to pay?

At the moment we only accept cash at the studio but you can transfer the class or package fee via bank transfer or Revolut. In case of transfer please remember to put your name, billing address and date of class too in the note section.
