Now you will see the world up-side-down. WIth your newly found strength in your upper body you will learn to defy gravity by doing basic acrobatic moves in an inverted position on the pole. Focus will be on improving pole techniques with proper body position and posture. You will also learn a variety of moves that will further strengthen your core and upper body while you get toned and fit.
