This class is designed to increase your flexibility. You will learn specific stretching
techniques which will improve your overall flexibility so there will be no moves on the
pole you cannot perform.
Aerial hoop is probably the most elegant apparatus that is hung from the ceiling. In this
class you will learn the various techniques you need to perform aerial tricks 2 meters
above ground.
